Featured project: Fortune Bay Resort Casino

Earlier this summer Fortune Bay Resort Casino, in Tower, Minnesota, opened a 58-room hotel expansion for which RJS was the general contractor. In addition to managing the project, we did much of the construction of the two new buildings, which are made of masonry and hollow core precast concrete.

Fortune Bay Resort & Casino Hotel expansion was completed in the summer of 2007. Sixty new hotel rooms were added.
